Season 8 brought Belial back from Diablo III — slain in Caldeum, now slipping through Mephisto's Sanctuary incursion as cover. Boss Powers replaced Witch Powers as the seasonal borrowed-power system. Patch 2.2.0 launched the revamped Reliquary Battle Pass structure. The Berserk crossover event divided the community.

Running May 6 - June 3, 2025. Featured Guts/Griffith cosmetics, Behelit currency, and Twitch drops. Required roughly 400 Behelits to clear the free track — panned by community as "mechanical monster farming" with paywalled desirable skins. No new storyline attached.
